    $2.35 per square foot covers the labor and removal fees including recycling or waste fees.

    This includes essential soil prep - tilling in compost to the native soil at the rate of 1 yard for every 500 square feet, then raking that smooth and leveling the ground. Finally laying new Kentucky bluegrass sod.

    Boulder Installation typically costs between $897-998 per ton depending on the variety you choose. 


    Included in this price are: hand selecting the best boulders available, transporting them to the location, then prepping the ground for placement, using equipment to place them in the most attractive way to complment the landscape design. We typically place 3 boulders within the design.
